Ibsen Alexandre’s main purpose in life ever since he was growing up was to always help others achieve what they want, their needs, provide good services, and be a positive role model to others. He immersed himself with that vision and never look back ever since. At an early age hr realized how important it was to be healthy and stay healthy through exercises and proper nutrition. That was then when he embarked on the journey to discover as much as he can about the human body. Being an over-all athlete, he understands the demand that good stress and bad stress has on the human body and most importantly his love for the human body and aiding people to understand the biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, psychology, and the neuroscience of it has left him on a positive, challenging, yet fun journey, to help individual “stay fit and live healthy.”

Ibsen has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 5 years. His career really started to excel at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2000 where he held a job as a Recreational Supervisor at the two biggest gymnasium facility on campus. His main duty was to supervise recreational activities of athletes and sedentary lifestyle individuals.
He did not stop there so in early 2002 he took a job as Customer Representative and Front Desk Receptionist at the Body Shop Fitness Center at the University of Massachusetts, where he learned a great deal of monitoring the effectiveness of daily activity of the fitness facility, and helping customers on a regular basis. Because of his hunger towards continuing education and to learn more he became a Personal Fitness Trainer to learn and help investigate the difference in hypertrophy, muscle growth, for 8 weeks between men and women under a study that was conducted by Dr. Monica Hubal, PhD. The study was supported by the National Institute of Health(NIH)

When Ibsen discovered how much more he loves helping individuals with their health and how much more fascinating the internal and external complexity of the human body is. Thus,  in 2004 he went on to work as an Intern and Physical Therapy Aide in the Physical Therapy Departmentat the prestigious Massachusetts General Hospital. His experience and knowledge about anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and proper exercise techniques for rehabilitative injuries not even became such a focal point in his life, but he wanted to share, coach, and teach others about the most complex and beautiful emerald on earth. “The human body"
In 2005, he entered the corporate commercial world of fitness where he worked as an Independent Contractor, Personal Trainer at The Equinox Fitness Clubs, Inc. Ibsen held a strong clientele by providing the best customer service and most importantly educating clients, customers, and members about the benefits of general health and fitness. He also volunteered at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital and Research Center as a Health and Fitness Instructor where he dealt with pre and post rehabilitative surgery, elderly individual.
